We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic NICU Nurse Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional patient-centered care. This role offers the chance to oversee the daily operations and staffing of the unit/department while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction in alignment with our facility's objectives.In this role as NICU Nurse Manager, you will:

  • Facilitate high-quality, evidence-based patient care, enhancing patient safety and quality outcomes.
  • Drive efforts to reduce clinical practice variations, improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
  • Support the attainment of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage efficient patient throughput in admission and discharge processes.
  • Foster interdisciplinary care coordination within and across departments.
  • Provide leadership in cultivating an unparalleled patient experience.
  • Utilize feedback mechanisms to identify and implement strategies for improving patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with experts and other leaders to promote a teamwork environment.
  • Identify and address the development opportunities or training needs of individual employees and teams.


Requirements

  • Registered Nurse
  • Bachelors Degree is Required
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Must have previous Peds/ICU leadership experience within an acute care setting
