About Us: Sundial Real Estate of Mesa, AZ is looking for a qualified Licensed Real Estate Property Manager to join our growing team. Candidate must have an active Real Estate license in the State of Arizona.

Qualifications for the Licensed Real Estate Property Manager:
Must posses active Real Estate License in the State of Arizona
Property Management experience is preferred
AppFolio experience is a plus (property management software)
Real Estate experience is required
Reliable form of transportation is required
Responsibilities for the Licensed Real Estate Property Manager:
Supervising properties and enforcing regulations
Writing leases
Collecting and depositing rents
Keeping grounds clean on our properties
Obtaining estimates, completing leases and lease renewals
Showing vacant apartments
Directing and contacting vendors
Driving to properties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
