Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our logistics operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate shipments, track inventory, and maintain accurate records. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of logistics and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize packages delivered to the company, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate department and following the intake process
• Mail packages ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Update and audit signage at all licenses to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Organize weekly schedules for certain departments
• Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with COO to coordinate travel and other meetings
• Assist in coordinating quality control and R&D testing
• Help plan weekly sales menu and product launches
• Fill out vapor disclosure forms accurately and in accordance with regulations
• Intake, organize, filter, and track returns of physical products
• Assist in planning and preparing annual reviews and offer letters
• Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy
• Constantly look for ways to improve costs, and quality
• Consistently enforce company policy and procedures
• Good and POSITIVE communication with employee, managers, and customers
• Coordinate wholesale deliveries
• Conduct QC testing and product testing for existing and future products
• Review and analyze department spending
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time Position
• Compensation of $70,000 - $80,000 based on qualifications and experience
