Job Description:

As a Member Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance to adults with special needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to members with special needs, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks.
- Facilitate skill-building activities and programs to promote independence, socialization, and community integration.
- Implement individualized support plans and behavioral strategies tailored to the unique needs of each member.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and environments.
