What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Technical Support position at Sunlight Solar Energy, Inc.?
Technical support for solar electric service calls. We have systems around the U.S. that we monitor via the manufacturers portal's. Diagnose problems, reach manufacturer's technical support teams to help figure out what is going on. With tech support create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or list of checks that our installers need to do. Communicate findings with customers and next steps. Make sure all materials have been returned that are "RMA'd".
If you have good IT / Technical skills we can train. If you have solar experience that is a plus.
Ability to communicate with customers and installers. Good organizational skills to maintain database and update it as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.54 - $25.95 per hour
