Who We Are

We are a local dealer and installer for marine electronics in South Florida. Our techs are certified and insured. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, staying up to date on all things marine electronics, and quality installs.

We are looking for a full time secretary to organize the schedule and keep things organized.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
