Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, sales, and customer service
- Point guests to the right direction and display your liquor knowledge, answer any questions a guest may ask
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise
- Oversee the visual merchandising of the store to create an appealing shopping environment
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
