As a Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the center's on-site maintenance program, including essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment and maintenance staff. Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required

• 5 years of property and facilities maintenance experience required

• Prior maintenance experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

• Prior experience supervising and managing maintenance staff is a plus.
