Phlebotomist Supervisor- AH - LAB - FT

Phlebotomy Supervisor's main responsibility includes ensuring effective and customer-focused operations of phlebotomy services.

• Ensure all daily work assignments are completed by appropriate staff at all sites and that all phlebotomy staff are providing timely, courteous, and expert services
• Coordinate special collections and/or requests
• Oversee training and competency of all phlebotomy services
• Create, modify, and update coverage schedules to meet needs for all phlebotomy locations
• Oversee the workload of phlebotomy staff, adjusting assignments and monitoring patient flow to reflect changes in volume

Experience:

• Five year's phlebotomy experience with basic training in lab pre-analytical techniques
• Two years of supervisory experience

License and Certifications:

• Valid phlebotomy certification
