Summary of Role:

As an HRIS Analyst on the Business Technology team, your primary focus will be the product implementation and sustaining of SunPower’s Time and Attendance solutions. Reporting to the HR Technology Director, you will lead the upgrade, deployment and change management of Workforce Software’s Time and Attendance application. You will work closely with Business and Payroll Program Owners, Application Product Owners, and IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in implementing and supporting time and attendance applications and has experience with application configuration, security, and system integrations.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of application update project including requirements, testing, deployment, and change management
  • Management of vendor engagement during the update project and other projects where professional services engagement is required
  • Product functionality expert responsible for improving and maintaining product usage and functionality
  • Product and process expert responsible for designing and implementing associated user support processes for Payroll, HR and IT
  • Support integrations with payroll, contingent resource management and Salesforce.com


Skills:

  • HRIS experience including HR systems implementation, administration, and user support required.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HCM applications and Workforce Software or other Time and Attendance applications required.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and results-orientation required.
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.
  • Computer skills, technology troubleshooting, and familiarity in using a variety of technology applications are required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years experience with HRIS / Time and Attendance Exceptional project management skills, time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task competing priorities
  • A passion for process, technology, innovation, and data accuracy Team player mentality with flexibility and drive to support initiatives across Payroll, HR and business organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to act with discretion and have exceptional integrity and judgment in handling confidential information
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to people at all levels
