Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, plan and maintain an enterprise workstation imaging and deployment process. Develop, plan and execute overall desktop platform optimization and standardization. Perform compatibility tests of current and upcoming versions of end-user applications on standard end-user devices. Evaluate alternate end-user devices relative to current and upcoming versions of end-user applications. Evaluate and identify alternate end-user platforms for current business requirements. Develop and launch deployment automation processes and tools for workstation management and administration. Ensure correct installation, configuration, use, and maintenance of Microsoft SCCM and JAMF Platform. Create and manage application deployment objects for new and existing software. Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates, and service packs on a timely basis. Maintain ongoing communications with support teams regarding application issue resolution and general workstation management support. Provide SME technical assistance for local Desktop Support Operations. Work with key platform vendors for support to resolve issues as well as platform strategy development. Coordinate applications release with Stakeholders. Liaise with Global Information Security Team to ensure compliance. Participate in the company-wide DR and BC planning and preparation. Work on special projects as needed. Required Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any Computer related course or equivalent. 5 years of solid working experience as an SCCM Administrator focusing on imaging, deployments, evaluation, and automation. Azure and Intune experience is a plus. Working experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SCCM environment in a Global organization. A certification or equivalent is a plus. Knowledgeable in SQL writing, querying and scripting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft network environment. Strong diagnostic capabilities and solid problem-solving skills. Possess strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Flexibility and the ability to multitask are needed. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent oral and written English skills are required. Must be available to work off-business hours when required. Don't meet every single requirement?
