Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to achieve branch goals.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
Implement and maintain efficient processes to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
