Quality Project Manager
The Quality Project Manager is responsible for the overall logistic implementation and management of major system wide initiatives. Specific initiatives, State and Federal programs, Feed-Trail, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, Dental KPI-UDS measures, frequent ED utilizers and social determinants of Health (SDOH).

Quality Project Manager
The Quality Project Manager is responsible for the overall logistic implementation and management of major system wide initiatives. Position Summary
With a Quality, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, The Quality Project Manager will:
- Responsible for leading projects of various sizes and complexity.
- Prepare and complete action plans.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Establish and execute project communication plans.
- Implement production and productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Develop training materials and train Sunrise staff.
- Provide workflow support.
- Determine system improvements and implement changes.
- Produce/Coordinate required reporting.
- Use project management skills to plan, schedule, and follow activities that cross multiple departments.
- Participate as a member of the CQI Team, coordinate activities with the Director of Quality Improvement.
- Responsible for coordinating with Director Quality Improvement on all compliance issues related to specified projects.
- Attend seminars/trainings on Project Management, Data Analysis and trainings deemed necessary to understand in some detail the specifics of the individual projects.
- Present staff trainings as needed.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Champion and assist departments with new and ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate with all teams to improve the patient experience and clinic processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Project Management Certificate.
- 2-4 years’ experience, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
