What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Sunrise Community of Tennessee?
Position Purpose - To ensure group homes, facilities and properties for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are well maintained with quality craftsmanship and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
- Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order
- Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
Qualifications
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have at least one-year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance Essential Functions
- Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) is required
Job Type: Full-time
