Maintenance Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities within our organization. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians

- Search and negotiate with service providers to perform specific maintenance tasks

- Actively participate in the company management model
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed, including HVAC, electrical, electronical and mechanical repairs
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary to maintain equipment functionality
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
- Assist in budget planning for maintenance expenses

Skills:
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan and execute maintenance projects
- Proficient in HVAC, electrical, electronical, pneumatic and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform repairs
- Excellent supervisory skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of maintenance management software is a plus

- General knowledge in Microsoft, ERP's, Excel

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
