The HR Administrative Assistant assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. S/he will play an integral role in the HRIS system, reception duties, Workperks Program, HR budget, and overall administration tasks. S/he will ensure all personnel records are maintained timely and are in compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
Provides reception duties for the HR office- meet & greet public, answer phones, filing, etc.
Opens and closes the office daily
Responsible for processing/filing incoming paperwork
Responsible for all HRIS systems input and pulling reports
Accurate and consistent use of the Chart of Accounts
Responsible for processing all invoices and reconciling the purchasing card
Supports HR Director & Assistant HR Director with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Sends and distributes office mail
Prepares and issues associate ID cards and nametags
Manage the Resource Center; managing schedule requests and conflicts and ensure daily cleanliness, organization, and configuration
As needed provide administrative support to the Sunriver Resort Safety Committee and Safety & Asset Protection Manager
Plan and execute full process of Workperks program
Assists with answering basic benefits and work perk questions
Assists with associate recognition events, job fairs, and any other events as deemed necessary
Maintains check log for all manual payroll checks
Responsible for Associate Discount Lodging Program
Monitors training attendance through the resort with files and HRIS records
Partner with HR Coordinator to create and deliver Pay Day Press every pay day
Prepares new hire paperwork packets
Responds to all reference check and employment verification inquiries. Partners with Payroll as needed
Assists in the seasonal recruitment process
Assists in Open Enrollment and benefits enrollments as needed
Performs internal self-audits
Prepares supplies for New Associate Orientation as needed
Ensure the verification of IDs for I-9 and E-Verify compliance
Responsible for the proper filing and documentation of all EEO & I-9s for current and terminated associates
Orders and maintains organization/stocking of all office supplies
Tracks Annual Performance reviews and processes mass increases
Qualifications:
High School diploma required
Two or four year degree strongly preferred
Prior office experience required
Prior HR experience preferred
Prior hospitality experience preferred
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have strong computer knowledge, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet
Must be detail orientated with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all associates and guests
Must be available to work weekends if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
