Sunroc is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as an HR specialist. As a front-line partner to our operations leaders, this role will manage the administration of employment lifecycle events.
How You’ll Find success
- Become an essential part of the employment lifecycle experience and be a proactive specialist for your assigned area(s).
- Processes hires, pay changes, position changes, leaves of absence, etc.
- Have outstanding organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities with superb communication.
- Win the trust and confidence of our people.
How You’ll Grow
- Build a strong focus on employee relations, and engagement, including an understanding of benefits and HR related processes and services.
- Support front-line leaders by collaborating around best practices for employees.
- Proactively anticipate organizational needs and provide effective solutions.
Things You’ll Do
- Manage basic employee relation issues.
- Run employment reports and audit or analyze as assigned.
- Assist other HR professionals with assignments as needed.
Education and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
- Professional certification highly preferred.
- Bachelors’ degree preferred.
