Job Posting for Cleaner/Housekeeper (Part-Time) at Sunset Funeral Home, Cremation Center & Cemetery
Join our team as a commercial office cleaner/housekeeper. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of three interior buildings. Please note that one building has two floors and no elevator. Reasonable accommodations will be made.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective janitorial functions
Sweeping, vacuuming, & mopping
Dusting desks, tables, wall décor, light fixtures, and baseboards
Some dusting and cleaning will require ladders or step stool use
Move cabinets, desks, etc., to ensure thorough cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness in all public and employee lavatories
Daily trash collection and disposal
Remove stains from carpeting
Maintain cleanliness of window treatments
Requirements:
A successful candidate will possess:
Minimum of 1 year of commercial office cleaner, janitorial, or housekeeper experience
Proven track record
Proven experience working autonomously
Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
Professional demeanor
A person of integrity and compassionate
A team player
Detail-oriented
