Our Kingsville Head Office Location is currently seeking an enthusiastic Event Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The essential function of this position is to assist with events and merchandise from conception through to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning of trade, internal and local events
- Provide support in coordinating all corporate branded items for shows, events and internal requests
- Provide onsite support at events, including set-up/tear-down, event itineraries, and company attendee coordination
- Act as brand ambassador for SUNSET at shows, events and visits (confidently speak about all aspects of the brand)
- Proactively handle and troubleshoot any emerging problems or issues that arise onsite at events
- Track event budgets and timelines, and conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Maintain and inventory event materials, and negotiate costs with supplier and contractors
- Work closely with logistics for all event and material coordination
- Track budgets and timelines
- Research venues, locations, suppliers, support materials and giveaways
Position Requirements:
- Some post-secondary education required, preferably in the fields of Events or Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage resources and budgets
- Valid license and passport required
- Travel is required across US and Canada
