Work Hours: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 am.

Pay: Piece Rate (starting range is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour)

Responsibilities:

• Hang ductwork in attic space (prior to home build completion) according to blueprint design
• Install vents and grills
• Follow instructions from the supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must have a clear background
• Must be drug-free
• Must be able to:
  
  • Work unsupervised in an efficient and professional manner
  • Work well on a team
  • Read blueprints
  • Measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories.
  • Adhere to safety standards
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs and bend and reach in repetitive motions
  • Climb ladders
  • Tolerate working in elevated spaces
  • Withstand extreme temperatures
  • Maintain builder and sub-contractor relations
  • Complete all necessary paperwork
• Minor carpentry and framing skills a plus
