Sunshine Hardscape, Landscape & Nursery, Inc. is a progressive design build firm as well as a retail nursery located in the beach resort of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Our firm designs and installs landscaping and hardscapes for both residential and commercial projects in Hilton Head and surrounding areas of the Low Country.
We are in need of an Operations Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires a positive, eager, self-motivated person with exceptional multi tasking skills. The right person will be capable of answering a busy, multi-line phone system, pre-qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the Sales Associates’ calendars. This person will also be responsible for handling customer service issues as well as administrative tasks and plant ordering. Maintaining the customer data base through the use of Dynascape is also necessary as the customer is managed from initial contact through the completed job. Job costing of each project with the use of Excel and Dynascape will also be required. Dynascape is industry specific and will be trained. Knowledge and use of Microsoft products is required. This person must have great organizational skills and work well in a team environment as well as being able to work independently.
Sunshine Hardscape, Landscape & Nursery, Inc. is located in Bluffton, South Carolina and is approximately 25 minutes from Savannah, Georgia, 30 minutes from historic Beaufort, South Carolina, and 10 minutes from Hilton Head Island. The region is known for its recreational facilities, golf, beaches, water sports, and shopping. Salary is based upon experience, talent, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining office systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail
- Experience with calendar management and coordinating projects
