Qualified Candidates will:

18 years old

Be a team player who is dedicated and reliable. Children thrive with healthy, nurturing relationships

Be willing to meet continuous professional development requirements

Pass an FBI background check and other NYS clearances

Have a kind and compassionate relationship with the children in their care while maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment

Meet all NYS OCFS requirements and gain a comprehensive understanding of NYS regulations and developmentally appropriate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Cambridge, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
