- Manage the customer's experience throughout the entire sales process
- Part-time commitment of 20 hours per week
- Represent Sunspot Solar with integrity and professionalism when networking
- Willingness to attend in-office meetings as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Actively engage with homeowners to discuss the benefits of solar and other renewable energy solutions
- Provide information and educate homeowners about our wide range of solar services
- Collect and record homeowner information

The Process
- Training Period is 30 days
- Bonuses commission structure without a cap
- Sales, product, and industry training
- Your first week will consist of 3-4 full days of individual online training, followed by “hands-on” field training
- You will learn how to canvass, inspect properties, sell solar solutions, and navigate electric bills and door to door software tools
- You are immediately eligible to earn bonuses and spiffs for doing the activities that make you successful
