What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker III (2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm) position at Sunstar Americas, Inc.?

- Communicate with previous shift operator to determine machine or product problems.
- Record production data in the computer system.
- Review work orders, on assigned machines, to determine product to run and quantity needed.
- Obtain correct filament for their machines.
- Gather and load supplies to start machine operations.
- Adjust and fix simple alarms and jams as needed during production process.
- Perform visual inspection to ensure conformance to quality standards.
- Notify Lead Operator and Maintenance of product or machine problems.
- Weight count product to assure correct count.
- Move completed boxes or totes to the skid.
- Perform first piece inspection and sign off on paperwork.
- Follow safety rules and keep work area in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
