Sunstates Security is currently hiring Part-Time Security Officers in the Camden, NJ area. This position is for 2nd Shift (3-11pm) Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00/hr, paid weekly.
The Shift Lead will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Lead will act as a liaison between site manager, Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Requirements:
- Time Management Skills
- Must have experience with CCTV monitoring
- Must have experience with report writing
- Great customer service skills
- Computer Skills a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Sitting, standing, and Walking for long periods
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
