Overview:
Suntiff LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee a sanitation project on our 80-acre facility. This role is initially for a 3-month period, with the potential for a 5-year extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor schedules, client coordination, and inventory management. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle pre-project vendor coordination and prepare for future projects, including calling potential subcontractors for pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety and quality standards.
Client Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and meeting project deadlines.
Inventory Management:
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for the project.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order necessary materials and equipment.
- Implement efficient inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Pre-Project Vendor Coordination:
- Identify and contact potential subcontractors to gather pricing and availability information.
- Assist in the selection of vendors and subcontractors based on project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with selected subcontractors.
Future Project Preparation:
- Participate in planning and preparation for future projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure readiness for upcoming projects.
- Maintain a database of potential subcontractors and their pricing.
Onsite Presence:
- Be present onsite three days per week to oversee project activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any onsite issues.
- Engage in occasional physical labor as needed to support project operations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Notion, Microsoft 365, Google maps and other project management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Transportation:
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for travel to and from the project site.
- Physical Ability:
- Capable of performing occasional physical labor as needed to support the project.
Experience:
- Previous experience in project management, particularly in sanitation or related fields, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with clients.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
