Come join our Team! Suntria is one of the fastest growing solar companies in the nation. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Fleet Coordinator onsite in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, implementing cost-saving measures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Fleet Coordinatorwill work closely with technicians, drivers, and other stakeholders to enhance the efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance and Sustainability:
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs for all fleet vehicles.
Fuel Management:
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency.
- Negotiate fuel contracts and manage fueling processes to reduce costs.
Route Planning and Optimization:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for solar technicians to maximize efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Utilize technology to track vehicle locations, monitor performance, and optimize routes.
Driver Management:
- Oversee solar technician schedules, assignments, and training programs.
- Ensure technicians adhere to safety regulations and eco-friendly driving practices.
Cost Control and Budgeting:
- Analyze and manage the fleet budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement measures to control operational expenses, with a focus on sustainability.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including permits and licenses.
Technology Integration:
- Implement and manage fleet management software and telematics systems.
- Leverage technology to monitor vehicle performance and gather data for analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet or logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to fleet operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
