  • Develop, implement, and execute Supply Chain Management policies, procedures, and planning
  • Develops systems, policies, and procedures to evaluate supplier quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and service
  • Select and maintain suppliers that provide high quality products and services at best identified cost and lead time status while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct
  • Establishes robust inventory practice with material suppliers to provide materials in support of operational schedule and maintain optimum inventory levels to minimize inventory costs
  • Manages Procurement, Shipping and Receiving operations and personnel through the establishment of daily work queue and tracking of daily work completion
  • Train, mentor, and coordinate Supply Chain personnel
  • Provide necessary materials, tools, and equipment for construction and installation crews
  • Carrying out all orders effectively by conducting the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Installation and Finance to determine process improvements
  • Report logistics incidents and deviations at the warehouse level
  • Identify gaps in product lines and fill them
  • Performing other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Manage tools assignment program, includes purchasing of tools for installation, service, site survey, inspection and warehouse operations
  • Manage safety gear program, includes purchasing of safety gear for installation, service, site survey, inspection and warehouse operations
  • Establish & maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Develop and maintain KPI’s to monitor the effectiveness of vendors
  • Approve supplier price increases in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist A/P with invoicing issues to ensure prompt payment to suppliers
  • Match Purchase Orders with Vendor invoicing, confirm invoicing it uploaded to NetSuite
  • Confirm material is received into WMS (NetSuite)
  • Assist with accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with Finance, an inventory control system capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts, and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future
  • Coordinate training materials and events for operations
  • Performing other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Perform analysis of sales and historical material usage to manage a build to order and build to stock plans
  • Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and processes that support inventory forecasting and material control
  • Establish & maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of vendors
  • Execute tasks to support month end close
  • Approve supplier price increases in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist A/P with invoicing issues to ensure prompt payment to suppliers
  • Assist with accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with Finance, an inventory control system capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts, and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future
  • Coordinate training materials and events for sales and operations
