Job Summary:
Generally coordinates office and secretarial support functions of a department, office or major organizational sub-unit. May also provide some secretarial and administrative support, usually of a confidential or complex nature. Duties go beyond those of an Administrative Assistant in areas such as establishing office procedures and budget monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience. Proficient in office software, including spreadsheets; must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
