The Community Hospital Spiritual Care Manager provides clinically trained, broadly interfaith, ministry as well as management of the specific spiritual care at the Community Hospital.
Master's degree in Divinity/Theology or equivalency, ordained and in good standing with one's faith tradition and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a clinical setting plus excellent written/oral and interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player required. The ideal candidate will have 4 units (1600 hours) of Clinical Pastoral Education from the ACPE, and Board of Chaplaincy Certification is required, either by the association of professional chaplains, the National association of Jewish Chaplains or the National association of Jewish chaplains.
Supervisory experience preferred.
