```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. ```Duties:``` - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of maintenance performed - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects ```Qualifications:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and maintenance procedures - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tools - Ability to perform stick welding and other basic fabrication tasks - Basic understanding of low voltage systems - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you have the skills and qualifications required for this position, we invite you to apply today.
