What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Housekeeper position at Super 8 Hotels?
The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for all duties performed by the housekeeping department. You supervise laundry and room attendants and are responsible for the cleaning of the hotel guest rooms and common areas as well as training and motivating all housekeeping staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. You along with the general manager or assistant manager are also responsible for housekeeping and laundry inventory.

Job Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent multi-task and organization skills.
Must be reliable, professional, consistent and serious about the tasks at hand.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to work weekends
Must have a minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience and a minimum of 1 Year Management or Supervisory experience.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
