- Maintain accurate safety record keeping and tracking, both physical and digital forms.
- Oversee the success and build of the Safety Lead team.

Elevated point of contact for team members to address potential safety concerns.
- Safety Leads will report findings and concerns to the Safety Specialist.
- Work with 3rd party vendors and supply sources to stock and maintain adequate safety supply levels
- It is vital we partner with companies who have similar values to our own and create a positive professional relationship.
- Create safety training classes for different aspects and focus points.
- Lead the safety training classes with potential of Safety Lead team members leading trainings in the future.
- Work with 3rd party resources for additional safety trainings needed/required.
- Enforce the use of proper P.P.E. required and have great knowledge to explain why it is important.
- Ensure all safety equipment is kept clean, sanitized, and exemplifies our level of excellence.
- Always strive to represent our safety culture in a positive manner and avoid fueling any team member’s negativity by working as a team to find potential solutions to issues or concerns.
- Represent Super Radiator Coils’ core values and mission.
- 1-3 years prior experience with safety role.
- High school diploma/equivalent or higher.
- Preferred experience working in manufacturing or with entry level team members.
- Preferred experience working in a mid-sized company where gap-filling is routine.
- Comfortable in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Stable and reliable attendance
- A pattern of Late Ins, Early Outs, Unexcused Call Outs, etc. is not acceptable.
- Strong positive work ethic
- Have a good history of safe work practices, focus on quality, and steady efficiency.
- Personal errors in your specific department can happen, what is important is if you were able to learn from an error and move forward in a positive manner.
- Workplace Probationary Status
- If placed on any form of a probationary status, regardless of reason. There must clear, undisputable best positive corrective actions being made in regards to the stipulations of the probation. Any continued pattern of negligence to the probation will void qualification.

The Safety Specialist is responsible for maintaining all aspects of our safety culture to achieve and maintain excellence at an industry leading level. The Safety Specialist will oversee and maintain regulation record keeping, work with the Safety Lead team member(s), regulate safety supplies, schedule, and conduct safety training sessions, be a point of contact for team members to address potential safety hazards and issues, and represent a strong positive reflection of our company’s core values. This role reports to the People Operations Manager for our Phoenix division.
