Superba Food Bread is seeking an experienced Regional Chef

Superba Food Bread is committed to chef and product-driven food, craft coffee, warm hospitality, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable-forward, and emphasizes clean and healthy techniques combined with years of baking know-how. We are community-oriented and passionate about food, hospitality, and providing memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for a Regional Chef who is driven and hungry to advance. The right person will be passionate about product, dedicated to our standards, skilled at building a team, and excited to grow our company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have at least 4 years of high-volume Executive Chef experience, Multi-Unit experience preferred
• Experience in hiring, training and developing a high performing, motivated and positive culinary team
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
• Possess extensive ingredient knowledge and an understanding of culinary trends
• Proven track record for getting results both in food quality and consistency as well as financial management
• Proven track record in developing and leading a successful team to excellence
• Proven track record of developing successful dishes
• New restaurant opening experience preferred
• A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
