We are now hiring for a Full Time Food and Beverage Manager to operate V's Brick Oven Pizzeria and Pub! Do you have experience in restaurant management? Looking for that perfect job that is challenging, rewarding, fun, and just perfect for you? Look no further.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of management experience working in entertainment, casual dining concepts, and full bar service. Experience with high volume is a must.

You must be self-motivated, organized and able to handle multiple priorities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Health, safety, and sanitation standards training and oversight,
  • Direct the operations of a fast casual dining establishment.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the kitchen, bar, and serving areas.
  • Hire and Train kitchen and dining room staff in food preparation and service procedures.
  • Ensure that all food is served within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Make sure that all customers are satisfied with the food and their dining experience.
  • Daily operation of V's Brick Oven Pizzeria and Pub
  • Opening and closing of V's Brick Oven Pizzeria and Pub, cash handling experience
  • Supervise all large events and banquet activities,
  • Inventory management
  • Pizza making experience preferred
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Must be a TEAM player and willing to learn

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

· Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high volume facility,

· Expert with inventory management,

· Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including, but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service, and taking disciplinary action when necessary,

· Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.

· Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
