Installation Coordinator
The function of the installation coordinator will be to efficiently schedule, price, and organize SuperGraphics installations. The coordinator will act as liaison between the install sales/project management team and the install team in the field. The role will be involved with SG Team installation, coordination with local subs, and in certain cases, installation of projects on a national level.
The installation coordinator answers to the VP of Operations and the President
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Ensuring that each installation is successfully completed to our client’s expectations
-Install Scheduling
-Install Pricing
-Organizing product for upcoming projects
-Communicating with all necessary team to ensure the scope is properly understood and relayed
-Estimating time and cost for local projects and assisting the sales and project management team with national project pricing
-Creating efficiency within the install team and visibility of the schedule throughout all departments
-Working with design team to prepare install mockups and completion documents, including hi res photos and completion packets when appropriate
-Survey sites for upcoming and potential installs.
-Work with the marketing specialist to enhance SuperGraphics installations market presence, using case studies, testimonials, photos, video, etc.
-Prepare weekly margin reports on installations (Local and Outside installs).
-Track hours per installer and team for appropriate commissions and job costing
-Report to the team on install team schedule, highlights, capacity, etc.
The install coordinator position will be largely office based, but will include regular trips to local install sites, and occasional travel to national installations. The coordinator will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our relationships with install vendors nationwide
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
