Superior Aluminum Casting in Independence MO is looking to hire a full-time Metal Casting / Foundry Operator to melt metals and create castings from molds. This entry-level factory position earns a competitive wage of $17.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience. We provide great benefits, including paid time off (PTO) and weekly pay. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A METAL CASTING / FOUNDRY OPERATOR

As an entry-level Metal Casting / Foundry Operator, you play a role in helping our foundry produce high-quality parts. Specifically, you inspect and create sand molds to form metal castings for certain parts, such as those with fine exterior details or inner cores. With a strong eye for detail, you closely inspect every pattern and mold to find potential defects. You skillfully and safely operate both manual and automatic molding machines to make the sand molds. When the next job is ready, you swap out the mold patterns. You take pride in doing your part to help our company produce top-grade materials. Plus, you enjoy being part of a company that offers opportunities to cross-train in any position you are interested in.

• Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30 pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time
