Job Description
Superior Auto Inc. is seeking a full-time Detailer/Lot Attendant in a retail automotive dealership setting. You will be responsible for completing the company’s 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles, exceeding the dealership branding and merchandising expectations, and evaluating vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance repairs.
Additionally, you will assist the collections team with repossession and field collections following the Company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Proficient to speak, read and write English and communicate effectively
- A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
- Strong attention to detail

Essential Working Conditions of the Position
You will work inside and outside the dealership in all weather conditions. You will ensure that snow is cleared from the lot and vehicles when necessary and the lawn is mowed, lot is well maintained and vehicles are clean and wiped down year-round. Some duties of the role will be completed individually, while you will also assist other members of your team in dealership activities.
