In this position, you will be responsible for servicing Real Estate loans after the closing and processing loan sales into the secondary market. What you will do:

  • Process loan sales to Freddie Mac like a boss.
  • Work with State National to ensure proper coverage of insurance on loans. Pay taxes and insurance for escrow accounts. Analyze escrow accounts and send out information to members.
  • Handle loan files once they have been closed, ensure all satisfactions and other items are in place to clear and issue the titles.
  • Cross-sell other SCCU services like there’s no tomorrow!
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
