Job Description
A Designer is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Use Autodesk Inventor to create and maintain models and detail drawings for vibratory equipment
- Contribute ideas for new designs or improving existing designs
- Create accurate bills of material in a structured manner
- Work with sales group, shop, and customers to complete tasks according to schedule
- Make sensible material selections for new and custom products
- Complete revision changes to drawings and BOMs
- Ensure designs are functional, easily manufactured, meet customer expectations and Superior Industries’ engineering standards
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Technical education or applicable experience in drafting
- Training or experience in using Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software, AutoCAD, and Windows-based programs
- Thorough understanding of dimensioning and tolerances
