Job Description
A Team Lead is responsible for completing the following duties:
Manage the People, Processes, and Planning for your specific team
Daily Safety Meeting
Daily coordination of people, information, and materials
Continuous Improvement activities
Team development (hiring, coaching, evaluating, training)
Other duties as assigned
