Position Title: Insurance Producer (P&C)

Superior Insurance Partners seeks a P&C producer that wants to build their book of business and utilize agency expertise to cross-sell and up-sell their existing relationships.

Superior is backed by a leading private equity firm allowing all producers to benefit from a highly entrepreneurial and supportive environment with a leading compensation structure.

Job Responsibilities:

· Produce new business revenue with an emphasis on small to mid-size companies (commercial)

· Participate in co-production with team members

· Cold and Warm outreach

· Identify 2-3 focused market segments to prospect

· Manage and round-out book of business once established

· Work alongside Service team to meet clients' needs and retain clients

Required

  • P&C License
  • 2 years of experience
  • B2B sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
