We are seeking a Full-time Sales Associate to join our winning team. We are an entrepreneurial company that continues to grow our business in a responsible way. Our corporate headquarters is based in Central Florida. We also have multiple sales locations spread throughout Florida. The Sales Associate will have significant influence over the sales opportunity in the Ft. Pierce and surrounding area.
For the Full-time Sales position, we offer a competitive “Pay for Performance” sales-based commission compensation plan of hourly pay plus commissions. What we are looking for is a dynamic individual with strong sales experience that is comfortable managing a sales lot on their own.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to work, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-3pm
- Communication skills with a natural tendency toward providing exceptional Customer Service
- Sales ability and able to learn and execute a sales plan and beat the competition
- Comfortable, enthusiastic, and confident with their ability
- Goal and results-oriented
- Flexible and able to walk our display location and demonstrate products
Preferred candidate should have:
- 2-4 year degree
- Experience in shed, portable buildings and/or construction sales
- Exceptional customer service
- Inside sales experience
