Construction Superintendent - $50-$60/hr (Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI)

Join our growing team of experienced safety professionals. Responsible for safety compliance, and ensuring a positive safety attitude and environment exists within assigned operations. 
 
 
Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work.
  • Create and maintain a baseline production schedule for the project.
  • Provide daily communication to ensure contractor work and safety management systems are followed.
  • Administer a Quality Control Plan.
  • Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel and maintain a positive working environment for the entire site team.
  • Maintain extensive and frequent interaction with company management, representatives of federal and state agencies and others. 
 
Qualifications:
  • EM-385 - 5 years.
  • Experience supervising projects from start to finish upwards of $10m.
  • Proficient in construction software.
  • Strong oral communication and written skills.
  • OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related is preferred.
 
Compensation:
  • Based on experience.
  • Average 1st year earnings = $85,000-$110,000.
