Job Summary

Supermicro is looking for an experienced senior web application software engineer to design and develop on Windows Server Platforms. You will work in a fast-paced environment with an experienced and highly technical team of Supermicro engineers to solve a wide range of unique and fascinating problems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Design and develop key features for Supermicro’s Web based application systems
• Create high quality code with excellent performance characteristics
• Be an advocate for getting solid designs and implementations incorporated into the product and production line
• Develop, support, and provide initial trouble shooting for internal and field issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Purchasing, PM, Cost, Accounting and Software Engineering and provide inputs for prioritization of features.
• Requires strong coding, implementation, and design skills
• Thorough understanding of Win32 API and Web Service
• Strong ASP, NET C#, Jave Script programming skills
• Expert with Microsoft Visual Studio and debugging tools
• Expert using MS SQL design table schema, stored procedures and performance tuning
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in EE or CS
• Minimum 2~4 years’ of Web/Application programming job experience preferred
• Programming Skills: C#, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, SQL SERVER, VB, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, XML Schema
• Application Platform: ASP, ASP.NET C#, MS SQL server.
• Fast learner, ability to quickly utilize new skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive results
• Experience in customer facing roles
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
• SAP ERP MM, PP, SD Modular experience is a big plus
  
  

Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.

Salary Range

$101,000 - $160,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
