What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Supermix?
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Process Notice to Owners
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Attend phone calls (incoming/outgoing)
- Assist with mailing month end statements
- Assist in processing releases of liens when necessary
- Perform all other credit related clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry
- Basic computer Skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with MS Access and Builders Notice is a plus
- Prior Notice to Owners experience is required
- Must have good organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
