What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter/Sprayer position at Supplemental Staffing?
Hours: 6:30am - 4pm M-F
Location: Swanton, OH
Responsibilities:
- Work with supervisor to discuss schedule
- Remove rust, splatter & other loose materials.
- Filling, sanding & smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed
- Apply masking tape & coverings over areas that do not require paint.
- Select & mix required coatings per product instructions
- Select and use proper spray nozzle
- Clean spray equipment after each job
- Inspect sprayed surfaces after painting
Requirements:
- Experience working as a painter
- Excellent eye & hand coordination
- Knowledge of paint products
- Experience with respirators & protective clothing
- Ability to work with paint, thinners & other paint products
- Ability to lift objects to hand on paint racks
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
