About the position: The Floor Lead is responsible for communicating on the floor with customer, associates, and management in a professional and courteous manner. responsible for daily email and phone communication and disciplinary actions within the department.


Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:


  • Delegate job responsibilities to department associates
  • Print and separate paperwork
  • Responding to issues brought forth by the customer in a timely manner and finding resolution
  • Utilizing computer systems such as: Word; Excel; SAP

  • Are Highly Organized, Detail Oriented, and Self-Motivated
  • Are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Have Forklift experience or the willingness to learn
  • Have an understanding of Safety and OSHA guidelines promoting a damage and safe free work environment
