Job Posting for Business Design Analyst I - Supply Chain/AP at Supply Chain SSC
Performs basic analytical support to team, conducting basic research and data analysis to support the team’s analysis and conclusions. Assists in creating process change by assisting in the integration of new processes with existing ones and assists in communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with Systems Support, Project Management, and the ERP Implementation teams to help gather technical specs, help pull data extracts, audit configuration builds, support testing, and assist in implementing the ERP solution to CHS facilities
Integrate with multiple systems, support the needs of different functional teams and possessing the ability to communicate with stakeholders the status of the project
Help audit the business processes and policies. Along with validating the design and help coordinate the training schedule when implementing end user training
Applying your existing experience in supply chain operations and analytics to improving the performance of supply chain ERP design and implementation
Solid writing skills and communication skills to assist in developing presentations for CHS leadership while building relationships and demonstrating effective interpersonal behaviors across the organization
Performs other job duties relevant to the position as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Required
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or similar process related field.
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years experience working with either Healthcare Supply Chain or AP ERP systems, preferably Oracle based.
Minimum of one (1) year business process experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle’s Supply Chain Healthcare ERP System
Experience with working and understanding the integrations of an EHR Application (e.g. Cerner, EPIC)
Computer Skills Required:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with ERP system
