Essential Duties and Responsibilities
List in order of importance or percentage of time spent on the particular responsibility – High to Low
Maintain detailed and organized audit file for each contract which includes original contract, all correspondence, amendments and other required documents
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or Computer Science
Required Experience:
minimum 6 months experience in customer or client services
Preferred Experience:
Experience in using Access and other database tools. Ability to manage files, create and maintain database must be demonstrated.
Experience in customer service with hospitals and other corporate stakeholders with contract management systems
Computer Skills Required:
strong knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and Database software.
Experience in managing Electronic Contract Management Systems preferred
Proficient in Excel; ability to manage data files in Excel
